Booking fee
To secure your wedding date, a £100 non refundable booking fee is required. This is fully redeemable from your wedding day makeup balance.
Please note that no date is secure in the diary without a booking fee and if you do delay paying your booking fee, you may need to recheck Jaimie's availability.
Coronavirus
In the event your wedding is postponed due to COVID-19, either by your venue, or government guidelines, your makeup booking fee will be transferable to your new date.
This is subject to Jaimie’s availability, so in this instance, please do check Jaimie’s availability before reserving any new dates to avoid forfeiting your booking fee. No other monies will be due for work not carried out if Jaimie is unable to make your new date.
Trials
Trials are usually held at Jaimie's home address during daylight hours between Mon-Friday. Occasionally there is flexibility on this for larger group bookings requiring trials and Jaimie will try and accommodate these at the weekend subject to her availability.
The trial fee is due on or before the trial date.
Cancellations
In the instance that your wedding is cancelled, please note that your booking fee and trial fee -if a trial has been carried out- will not be refunded.
The full balance is due four weeks before the wedding. If the wedding is cancelled or you cancel Jaimie's services within this time, the full balance is still due.
Please note that for occasion makeups, a 24HR cancellation policy is in place - anything less than this may result in a charge for the missed treatment.
Bridal Booking
Once the bridal party numbers are confirmed and the final balance is paid, changes to the numbers will not be refunded but can be added subject to Jaimie's discretion and availability.
Photography
Jaimie has trained in portrait photography and loves to capture the makeup and some getting ready shots before your ceremony. If you would rather no photographs were taken or shared on social media please advise Jaimie of this. Jaimie does not share any pictures from your trial before your wedding date.
